WCG was founded by its CEO, Wise Shahid (Allah King Wize Allah) in 2022, as an evolution from his Wize Consultancy Team brand created in 2010, which was a marketing entity of Mecca Beez American Inc. Wize co-founded Mecca Beez American Inc. (MBAINC) in 2004 as a company premised on sustainability, focusing on social profit as well as financial profit. Under Wize’s leadership (MBAINC) with its profit with a purpose business strategy provided its owners with the opportunity to connect with various people and build meaningful friendships in all walks of life while establishing social wealth and capital. Over the course of 20 plus years Wize has networked with people, organizations, companies, and local, national, and international government bodies building and fostering relationships. Wize has helped structure teams, organizations and programs for the private sector as well as the government. One of Wize’s philosophies is that we do not live for oxygen, but we cannot live without oxygen, just as we do not live for money, but we cannot live without it. We guide our clients through structuring mission and vision oriented plans, goals and objectives. When the mission and vision is beyond money, then money can become a product of the mission and vision as a result. We teach our clients of the success that lies hidden within the process, showing them how to extract value from it and transform ideas into assets.
